Russia says it's ready to resume Ukraine peace talks with the US in November

Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said Moscow wants the talks to focus on post-war security arrangements. Putin and US envoy Steve Witkoff also discussed diesel supplies and Iran. It could matter if these conversations actually go somewhere.
